Return Policy
Online purchases are eligible for Store Credit if you have contacted us within 10 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would no longer be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All returns must be authorized by email at contact@balibeachco.com or the link below for self-serve returns, and must be sent within 10 days of receiving your order.
If qualified for a return, you will receive an online store credit via email, after we have received the returned item. This store credit will be applied to the original email your purchase was made on.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Additional return information
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
